第八条
A prefecture is to calculate, by the day before the Effective Date, the standard insurance premium rate prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article for fiscal year 2018, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82-3 of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018.
都道府県は、施行日の前日までに、平成三十年改正後国保法第八十二条の三の規定の例により、平成三十年度の同条第三項に規定する標準保険料率を算定するものとする。
