第六条
The geographical expansion support fund under the provisions of Article 75-2 of the Pre-amendment National Health Insurance Act that actually exists at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be the geographical expansion support fund under the provisions of Article 68-3 of the Amended National Health Insurance Act.
この法律の施行の際現に存する改正前国保法第七十五条の二の規定による広域化等支援基金は、改正後国保法第六十八条の三の規定による広域化等支援基金とみなす。
