Supplementary Provisions, Article 5
第五条
The provisions of Article 72, paragraph (2) and Article 72-2, paragraph (2) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended National Health Insurance Act") apply to adjusting subsidies and prefectural adjusting subsidies for fiscal year 2013 and subsequent fiscal years, and, with regard to adjusting subsidies and prefectural adjusting subsidies for fiscal year 2012 and earlier fiscal years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「改正後国保法」という。）第七十二条第二項及び第七十二条の二第二項の規定は、平成二十五年度以後の年度の調整交付金及び都道府県調整交付金について適用し、平成二十四年度以前の年度の調整交付金及び都道府県調整交付金については、なお従前の例による。
