第六条
The provisions of Article 70, paragraph (3) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act as applied with the terms replaced pursuant to paragraph (13) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Revised National Health Insurance Act apply to the share of the national treasury for the fiscal year 2000 and subsequent fiscal years, and with regard to the share of the national treasury for the fiscal year 1999 and earlier fiscal years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新国保法附則第十三項の規定により読み替えて適用される新国保法第七十条第三項の規定は、平成十二年度以後の年度の国庫負担金について適用し、平成十一年度以前の年度の国庫負担金については、なお従前の例による。
