第五条
The provisions of Article 69 of the Revised National Health Insurance Act apply to the share of the national treasury for the fiscal year 1998 and subsequent fiscal years, and with regard to the share of the national treasury for the fiscal year 1997 and earlier fiscal years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新国保法第六十九条の規定は、平成十年度以後の年度の国庫負担金について適用し、平成九年度以前の年度の国庫負担金については、なお従前の例による。
