Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第二条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 116-2 of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act") apply to an insured person who, due to the hospitalization measures prescribed in that Article having been taken or the admission order prescribed in that Article having been issued, has come to have a domicile within the area of one Municipality or special ward (hereinafter in this Article simply referred to as "Municipality") on or after July 1, 1995, and who is found to have actually had a domicile within the area of another Municipality when those measures were taken or that order was issued.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新国保法」という。）第百十六条の二の規定は、同条に規定する入院措置が採られ、又は同条に規定する入所命令がされたため平成七年七月一日以後に一の市町村又は特別区（以下この条において単に「市町村」という。）の区域内に住所を有するに至った被保険者であって、当該措置が採られ、又は当該命令がされた際現に他の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて、適用する。
