第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1995; provided, however, that the amending provisions of Article 116-2 of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 1 and the provisions of the following Article come into effect on July 1 of the same year.
この法律は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民健康保険法第百十六条の二の改正規定及び次条の規定は、同年七月一日から施行する。
