第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 54-2 of the National Health Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter referred to as "the New Act") apply to medical treatment provided on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the Effective Date") and the payment of medical expenses relating to that medical treatment, and the provisions then in force continue to govern medical treatment provided before the Effective Date and the payment of medical expenses relating to that medical treatment.
改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新法」という。）第五十四条の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行われる療養及び当該療養に係る療養費の支給について適用し、施行日前に行われた療養及び当該療養に係る療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
