Article 4-2-9Matters Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 84-6, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Act
第四条の二の九（法第八十四条の六第三項第二号の政令で定めるもの）
The matters specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 84-6, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Act are as follows:
法第八十四条の六第三項第二号に規定する政令で定めるものは、次のとおりとする。
Refunds under the provisions of Article 39, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act (including cases where applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures concerning Long-Term Benefits, etc. under the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems and the Enforcement of Part of the Act Partially Amending the Act on National Public Officers' Retirement Allowance, etc. to Review, etc. the Level of Retirement Benefits for National Public Officers (Cabinet Order No. 345 of 2015) (including cases where it is made to follow pursuant to the provisions of Article 48-2 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act) and cases where it is made to follow pursuant to the provisions of Article 48-2 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act) or Article 40, paragraph (1) of those Supplementary Provisions (including cases where applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) of that Cabinet Order (including cases where it is made to follow pursuant to the provisions of Article 48-2 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act) and cases where it is made to follow pursuant to the provisions of Article 48-2 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act), or Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act (including cases where applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures concerning Long-Term Benefits, etc. under the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems and the Act Partially Amending the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act and the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Cabinet Order No. 347 of 2015)) or Article 64, paragraph (1) of those Supplementary Provisions (including cases where applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (1) of that Cabinet Order), or Article 12-12, paragraph (1) or Article 12-13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act Before the 2012 Unification as Still in Force (including cases where the provisions of Article 12-12, paragraph (1) or Article 12-13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act before the 2012 unification are applied in the manner of the provisions applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25 of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act before the 2012 unification as still in force) or Article 28-2, paragraph (1) or Article 28-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act Before the 2012 Unification as Still in Force;
平成二十四年一元化法附則第三十九条第一項（被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律の施行及び国家公務員の退職給付の給付水準の見直し等のための国家公務員退職手当法等の一部を改正する法律の一部の施行に伴う国家公務員共済組合法による長期給付等に関する経過措置に関する政令（平成二十七年政令第三百四十五号）第十四条第一項（私立学校教職員共済法第四十八条の二の規定によりその例によることとされる場合を含む。）の規定により読み替えて適用する場合及び私立学校教職員共済法第四十八条の二の規定によりその例によることとされる場合を含む。）若しくは第四十条第一項（同令第十四条第一項（私立学校教職員共済法第四十八条の二の規定によりその例によることとされる場合を含む。）の規定により読み替えて適用する場合及び私立学校教職員共済法第四十八条の二の規定によりその例によることとされる場合を含む。）若しくは平成二十四年一元化法附則第六十三条第一項（被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律及び地方公務員等共済組合法及び被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う地方公務員等共済組合法による長期給付等に関する経過措置に関する政令（平成二十七年政令第三百四十七号）第十三条第一項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）若しくは第六十四条第一項（同令第十三条第一項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）又はなお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前国共済法附則第十二条の十二第一項若しくは第十二条の十三（なお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前私学共済法第二十五条において準用する例による平成二十四年一元化法改正前国共済法附則第十二条の十二第一項又は第十二条の十三の規定を適用する場合を含む。）若しくはなお効力を有する平成二十四年一元化法改正前地共済法附則第二十八条の二第一項若しくは第二十八条の三の規定による返還金
The amount equivalent to the exempted premium amount prescribed in Article 9, item (i) of the Cabinet Order on Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Ensure the Soundness and Reliability of Public Pension Systems (Cabinet Order No. 74 of 2014) pertaining to a surviving employees' pension fund prescribed in Article 3, item (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act (hereinafter referred to as a "surviving employees' pension fund").
