Article 3-2-2Provisions Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 38, Paragraph (2) of the Act
第三条の二の二（法第三十八条第二項に規定する政令で定める規定）
The provisions specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 38, paragraph (2) of the Act are as follows:
法第三十八条第二項に規定する政令で定める規定は、次のとおりとする。
the main clause of Article 38, paragraph (2) and Article 38, paragraph (3) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 56, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985; hereinafter referred to as the "1985 Amendment Act");
the main clause of Article 20, paragraph (2) and Article 20, paragraph (3) of the National Pension Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act).
