Article 3-12-8Replacement of Terms in Article 78-10, Paragraph (2) of the Act as Applied Mutatis Mutandis Pursuant to Article 78-18, Paragraph (2) of the Act

Where the provisions of Article 78-10, paragraph (2) of the Act are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 78-18, paragraph (2) of the Act, the phrase "the beneficiary of a disability employees' pension" in the main clause of Article 78-10, paragraph (2) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "the beneficiary of a disability employees' pension (limited to a dependent spouse (meaning a dependent spouse prescribed in Article 78-14, paragraph (1)) of a specific insured person (meaning a specific insured person prescribed in Article 78-14, paragraph (1)))", the phrase "Article 78-6, paragraph (1) and paragraph (2)" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 78-14, paragraphs (2) and (3)", the phrase "has been revised or decided" is deemed to be replaced with "has been decided", the phrase "after its revision or after it has been decided" is deemed to be replaced with "after it has been decided", the phrase "the request for standardized remuneration to be revised or decided" is deemed to be replaced with "the request under Article 78-14, paragraph (1)", and the phrase "the deemed insured period at divorce" in the proviso to Article 78-10, paragraph (2) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "the deemed insured period of a dependent spouse prescribed in Article 78-15".
