Article 11Persons Specified by Cabinet Order in Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act
第十一条（法附則第二十九条第一項に規定する政令で定める者）
The person specified by Cabinet Order as equivalent to a person who does not fall under Article 42, item (ii) of the Act, as prescribed in Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, is a person prescribed in Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act who has not satisfied the period constituting a requirement for eligibility to receive an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension or special old-age pension under the former Act, or an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension or special old-age pension under the former Mariners Insurance Act.
法附則第二十九条第一項に規定する法第四十二条第二号に該当しない者に準ずるものとして政令で定めるものは、昭和六十年改正法附則第六十三条第一項に規定する者であつて、旧法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金若しくは特例老齢年金又は旧船員保険法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金若しくは特例老齢年金の受給資格要件たる期間を満たしていないものとする。
