When engaging in General Guarantee Operations, a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association must, pursuant to the provisions of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, obtain the approval of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in advance.

第五十七条から第六十条までの規定は、一般保証業務を行なう宅地建物取引業保証協会に準用する。この場合において、第六十条中「政令」とあるのは、「国土交通省令」と読み替えるものとする。
