Article 76Delegation to Orders of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
第七十六条（国土交通省令への委任）
The implementing details of the inspection of road transport vehicles prescribed in this Chapter, including the forms of the motor vehicle inspection certificate, extraordinary inspection pass mark, inspection mark, motor vehicle preliminary inspection certificate and limited motor vehicle inspection certificate and the procedures for their reissuance, the form of the certificate of surrender of motor vehicle inspection certificate, matters concerning the vehicle number plate under Article 73, paragraph (1), the procedures for designation under Article 75, paragraph (1), the standards for inspection under paragraph (4) of that Article, the form of the completion inspection certificate under that paragraph, the procedures for designation under Article 75-2, paragraph (1), and the procedures for designation under Article 75-3, paragraph (1), are prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
自動車検査証、臨時検査合格標章、検査標章、自動車予備検査証及び限定自動車検査証の様式及び再交付の手続、自動車検査証返納証明書の様式、第七十三条第一項の車両番号標に関する事項、第七十五条第一項の規定による指定の手続、同条第四項の規定による検査の基準、同項の完成検査終了証の様式、第七十五条の二第一項の規定による指定の手続、第七十五条の三第一項の規定による指定の手続その他この章に規定する道路運送車両の検査の実施細目は、国土交通省令で定める。
