If a request for review concerning registration is well-founded, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism must make a correction to the registration to which that request for review relates, and notify the interested parties concerning that registration to that effect.
国土交通大臣は、登録についての審査請求が理由があるときは、当該審査請求に係る登録について更正をし、その旨を当該登録についての利害関係人に通知しなければならない。
