Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Penal Provisions
第十二条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the enforcement of this Act (for the provisions set forth in Article 1, items (ii) and (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, those respective provisions), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
