第二条（役員の選任に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 46-5, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Medical Care Act after its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "item (ii) New Act") apply to the election of officers of a medical corporation made on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as the "item (ii) Effective Date").
第一条の規定による改正後の医療法（以下「第二号新法」という。）第四十六条の五第二項及び第三項の規定は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第二号施行日」という。）以後に行われる医療法人の役員の選任について適用する。
