Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Medical Care Plans
第六条（医療計画に係る経過措置）
A medical care plan determined or changed pursuant to Article 30-3 of the Former Medical Care Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a medical care plan determined or changed pursuant to the provisions of that Article, until it is determined or changed pursuant to Article 30-3 of the New Medical Care Act.
この法律の施行前に旧医療法第三十条の三の規定により定められ、又は変更された医療計画は、新医療法第三十条の三の規定により定められ、又は変更されるまでの間は、同条の規定により定められ、又は変更された医療計画とみなす。
