第百五十条
When the representative of a corporation, or the agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or individual commits the violation set forth in Article 148 with regard to the business of such corporation or individual, not only the offender, but the relevant corporation or individual, as well, is punished by the fine prescribed in the same Article.
