第百四十条
A medical institution work environment evaluation center, pursuant to an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, may entrust part of the evaluation services, etc. to another person with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、評価等業務の一部を、厚生労働大臣の承認を受けて、他の者に委託することができる。
A person entrusted pursuant to the preceding paragraph, an officer or employee of that person, or a person who has been any of these, must not disclose, without justifiable grounds, any secret learned in relation to the operations pertaining to the entrustment.
前項の規定による委託を受けた者若しくはその役員若しくは職員又はこれらの者であつた者は、正当な理由がなく、当該委託に係る業務に関して知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない。
