第百三十六条
Each business year, a medical institution work environment evaluation center, pursuant to an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must prepare a business plan and a budget for income and expenditure with respect to the evaluation services, etc. and obtain the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. The same applies when the medical institution work environment evaluation center intends to change the relevant business plan and budget.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、毎事業年度、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、評価等業務に関し事業計画書及び収支予算書を作成し、厚生労働大臣の認可を受けなければならない。これを変更しようとするときも、同様とする。
A medical institution work environment evaluation center, pursuant to an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must prepare and submit to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare a business report and a statement of income and expenditure with respect to the evaluation services, etc. after the end of each business year.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、毎事業年度終了後、評価等業務に関し事業報告書及び収支決算書を作成し、厚生労働大臣に提出しなければならない。
