When the establisher of a hospital, clinic or birthing center, or the founder of a facility for receiving online medical care, discontinues the operation of the relevant hospital, clinic, birthing center or facility for receiving online medical care, they must notify the prefectural governor within ten days.
病院、診療所若しくは助産所の開設者又はオンライン診療受診施設の設置者が、その病院、診療所、助産所又はオンライン診療受診施設を廃止したときは、十日以内に、都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
When the establisher of a hospital, clinic or birthing center, or the founder of a facility for receiving online medical care, has died or has become the subject of an adjudication of disappearance, the person who is obligated to submit a notification of such person's death or disappearance pursuant to the provisions of the Family Register Act (Act No. 224 of 1947) must notify the prefectural governor of the area in which the relevant hospital, clinic, birthing center or facility for receiving online medical care is situated of the same within ten days.
病院、診療所若しくは助産所の開設者又はオンライン診療受診施設の設置者が死亡し、又は失踪の宣告を受けたときは、戸籍法（昭和二十二年法律第二百二十四号）の規定による死亡又は失踪の届出義務者は、十日以内に、その旨をその所在地の都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
