When a person has failed to make a report or made a false report under the provisions of Article 38-6, paragraph (1), or has refused, obstructed, or evaded an inspection under the provisions of the same paragraph, the person who committed the violation is punished by a fine of up to 500,000 yen.
第三十八条の六第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又は同項の規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したときは、当該違反行為をした者は、五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
