In any of the cases listed in the following items, the person who committed the violation is punished by imprisonment for up to six months or a fine of up to 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
when they have violated the provisions of Article 6-5, paragraph (1), Article 6-6, paragraph (4), Article 6-7, paragraph (1), or Article 7, paragraph (1);
when they have violated the provisions of Article 14; or
第十四条の規定に違反したとき。
when they have violated an order or disposition based on the provisions of Article 6-8, paragraph (2), Article 7-2, paragraph (3), Article 23-2, Article 24, Article 28, Article 29, paragraph (1), or Article 30-15, paragraph (6).
