The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must establish, by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, standards for the appropriate implementation of online medical care.
厚生労働大臣は、厚生労働省令で、オンライン診療の適切な実施に関する基準を定めなければならない。
The standards set forth in the preceding paragraph are to be prescribed with regard to the following matters:
前項の基準は、次に掲げる事項について定めるものとする。
matters concerning the facilities and equipment necessary in a hospital or clinic for providing online medical care, and the distribution of personnel;
matters concerning the place where a patient receives online medical care;
患者がオンライン診療を受ける場所に関する事項
matters concerning the explanation given to a patient when providing online medical care;
オンライン診療を行うに当たり患者に対して行う説明に関する事項
other matters necessary for the appropriate implementation of online medical care.
その他オンライン診療の適切な実施に関し必要な事項
Online medical care must be provided in accordance with the standards set forth in paragraph (1).
