The establisher of a regional medical care support hospital must submit reports concerning its operation to the prefectural governor pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
地域医療支援病院の開設者は、厚生労働省令の定めるところにより、業務に関する報告書を都道府県知事に提出しなければならない。
The prefectural governor must make public the details of the reports set forth in the preceding paragraph pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
都道府県知事は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、前項の報告書の内容を公表しなければならない。
