The establisher of an advanced treatment hospital must submit reports concerning its operation to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
特定機能病院の開設者は、厚生労働省令の定めるところにより、業務に関する報告書を厚生労働大臣に提出しなければならない。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must make public the details of the reports set forth in the preceding paragraph pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
厚生労働大臣は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、前項の報告書の内容を公表しなければならない。
