Seized articles which are inconvenient for transportation or retention may be put under guard, or the owner or another person may be made to retain said articles after receiving consent to do so.
運搬又は保管に不便な押収物については、看守者を置き、又は所有者その他の者に、その承諾を得て、これを保管させることができる。
Seized articles which are likely to be dangerous may be disposed of.
危険を生ずる虞がある押収物は、これを廃棄することができる。
The measures provided in the preceding two paragraphs may be taken by the executing officer of the seizure warrant except when otherwise specially directed by the court.
前二項の処分は、裁判所が特別の指示をした場合を除いては、差押状の執行をした者も、これをすることができる。
