Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Cessation Measures

With regard to a violation prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Antimonopoly Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Antimonopoly Act"), or in Article 8-2, paragraph (2) or Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Antimonopoly Act, for which five years have elapsed from the day on which the act ceased at the time this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Antimonopoly Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Antimonopoly Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8-2, paragraph (2) and Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Antimonopoly Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), the measures prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (2) of the New Antimonopoly Act cannot be ordered.
