Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures on Contributions in Kind upon Issue of New Shares
第十五条（新株発行の場合の現物出資に関する経過措置）
If, before this Act comes into effect, a resolution has been adopted for an issue of new shares, the provisions then in force continue to govern, after this Act comes into effect, contributions in kind in connection with those new shares.
この法律の施行前に新株の発行の決議があった場合においては、その新株に係る現物出資に関しては、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。
