附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Commercial Registration Act (April 1, 1964); provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 210, item (iv), Article 280-4, paragraph (2), and Article 498, paragraph (1), item (ix) of the Commercial Code in Article 7 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、商業登記法の施行の日（昭和三十九年四月一日）から施行する。ただし、第七条中商法第二百十条第四号、第二百八十条ノ四第二項及び第四百九十八条第一項第九号の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
