附 則
This Act comes into effect as of July 1, 1951.
この法律は、昭和二十六年七月一日から施行する。
With respect to shares already issued by a stock company established before this Act comes into effect and par value shares issued after this Act comes into effect, the provisions of Article 202, paragraph (2) before the amendment apply, notwithstanding the provisions amending Article 202, paragraph (2).
この法律施行前に成立した株式会社が既に発行した株式及びこの法律施行後発行する額面株式については、第二百二条第二項の改正規定にかかわらず、改正前の同条同項の規定を適用する。
