A partnership is dissolved on any of the following grounds:
組合は、次に掲げる事由によって解散する。
the successful completion of the business that is the object of the partnership;
組合の目的である事業の成功又はその成功の不能
the expiration of the duration of the partnership specified by the partnership contract;
組合契約で定めた存続期間の満了
the occurrence of any cause of dissolution specified by the partnership contract; or
組合契約で定めた解散の事由の発生
the consent of all partners.
