Article 149Postponement of Expiration of Prescription Period on the Ground of Provisional Seizure
第百四十九条（仮差押え等による時効の完成猶予）
If either of the following grounds exists, the prescription period does not expire until six months have passed from the time when the ground ceases to exist:
次に掲げる事由がある場合には、その事由が終了した時から六箇月を経過するまでの間は、時効は、完成しない。
provisional seizure; or
仮差押え
provisional disposition.
