Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Licenses, etc. for General Worker Dispatching Services
第八条（一般労働者派遣事業の許可等に関する経過措置）
A person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, holds the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to below as the "former Worker Dispatching Act") (that license is referred to below in this paragraph as a "former license") is deemed to have obtained, on the effective date, the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to below as the "new Worker Dispatching Act") (that license is referred to below in this paragraph as a "new license"). In such a case, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1) of the new Worker Dispatching Act, the validity period of the new license of a person deemed to have obtained that new license is the same period as the longest of the remaining validity periods of that person's former licenses as of the effective date.
この法律の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律（以下「旧労働者派遣法」という。）第五条第一項の許可（以下この項において「旧許可」という。）を受けている者は、施行日に第二条の規定による改正後の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律（以下「新労働者派遣法」という。）第五条第一項の許可（以下この項において「新許可」という。）を受けた者とみなす。この場合において、当該新許可を受けた者とみなされる者に係る新許可の有効期間は、新労働者派遣法第十条第一項の規定にかかわらず、施行日におけるその者に係る旧許可の有効期間の残存期間のうち最も長い残存期間と同一の期間とする。
A person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, has applied for the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the former Worker Dispatching Act (excluding the persons prescribed in the following paragraph) is deemed to have applied, on the effective date, for the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the new Worker Dispatching Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧労働者派遣法第五条第一項の許可の申請をしている者（次項に規定する者を除く。）は、施行日に新労働者派遣法第五条第一項の許可の申請をした者とみなす。
A person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, holds the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the former Worker Dispatching Act and has applied for the license referred to in that paragraph for a place of business other than the places of business covered by that license is deemed to have filed, on the effective date, a notification under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the new Worker Dispatching Act for the place of business covered by that application.
この法律の施行の際現に旧労働者派遣法第五条第一項の許可を受けている者であって、当該許可に係る事業所以外の事業所について同項の許可の申請をしているものは、施行日に当該申請に係る事業所について新労働者派遣法第十一条第一項の規定による届出をした者とみなす。
