Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning License Revocation, etc. for General Worker Dispatching Services
第十条（一般労働者派遣事業の許可の取消し等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the revocation of a license, an order for the discontinuance of business, or an order for the suspension of business against a person that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is engaged in worker dispatching services having obtained a license or having submitted a written notification under the provisions of the former Worker Dispatching Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern with respect to grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect.
