第十九条（労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

平成十二年三月三十一日までの間は、前条の規定による改正後の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律第四十四条第五項中「協定並びに第三十八条の四第一項及び第五項に規定する決議」とあるのは、「協定」とする。
