第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 5-2 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act as amended by this Act do not apply to a person who has committed the act of acquiring that trade secret in the case where, before this Act comes into effect, there was an act prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iv), (v) or (viii) of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act prior to the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "former Act") (limited to an act of acquiring a trade secret prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (6) of the former Act).
この法律による改正後の不正競争防止法第五条の二の規定は、この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前の不正競争防止法（以下「旧法」という。）第二条第一項第四号、第五号又は第八号に規定する行為（旧法第二条第六項に規定する営業秘密を取得する行為に限る。）があった場合における当該営業秘密を取得する行為をした者については、適用しない。
