附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions enters into force with respect to Japan.
この法律は、国際商取引における外国公務員に対する贈賄の防止に関する条約が日本国について効力を生ずる日から施行する。
