Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
In the case where the period prescribed in the latter part of Article 15 of the former Act for the right to claim the suspension or prevention of infringement under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the former Act had already elapsed at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧法第三条第一項の規定による侵害の停止又は予防を請求する権利の旧法第十五条後段に規定する期間がこの法律の施行の際既に経過していた場合については、なお従前の例による。
