第二条（経過措置）
A certification given pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises prior to its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "Former Act") or an order issued pursuant to Article 18 of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect, or an application for certification actually being made pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (3) of the Former Act at the time this Act comes into effect, is deemed to be, respectively, a certification given pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (1) of the Act on Strengthening the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc. as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "New Act") or an order issued pursuant to Article 22 of the New Act, or an application for certification being made pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (3) of the New Act.
この法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前の中小企業の新たな事業活動の促進に関する法律（以下この条において「旧法」という。）第十七条第一項の規定によりされた認定若しくは旧法第十八条の規定によりされた命令又はこの法律の施行の際現に旧法第十七条第三項の規定によりされている認定の申請は、それぞれこの法律による改正後の中小企業等経営強化法（以下この条において「新法」という。）第二十一条第一項の規定によりされた認定若しくは新法第二十二条の規定によりされた命令又は新法第二十一条第三項の規定によりされている認定の申請とみなす。
