Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

With regard to the requirements concerning the amount of capital contributed or the amount contributed in a certified core support organization prescribed in Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises prior to its amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article, to which the provisions of Article 31 of that Act applied, and which concurrently holds the position of a former lending institution, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
