旧児童手当法準用第七条第一項（きゅうじどうてあてほうじゅんようだいしちじょうだいいっこう）

In Article 13 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 47 of 2024, Article 7(1) of the Child Allowance Act as applied under Article 2(4) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Child Allowance Act as it stood before Article 12 of that Act amended it, including as read under Article 17(1).

デジタル社会形成基本法施行日（でじたるしゃかいけいせいきほんほうしこうび）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 25 of 2024, the day the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 63 of 2023 come into effect, that Act being the 2023 Act amending the law on forming a digital society (デジタル社会形成基本法) and other laws to promote regulatory reform for a digital society.

経過旧経済金融活性化計画期間（けいかきゅうけいざいきんゆうかっせいかけいかくきかん）

In Article 28, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2022, the period from the date that Act came into effect to six months after it, or to the day before a new economic and financial revitalization plan is certified under Article 55-2, paragraph (4) of the amended Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa, if that is earlier, during which businesses in the former specified economic and financial revitalization industries (旧特定経済金融活性化産業) are treated as the businesses in item (iii) of the table in Article 12.

旧第三種被保険者等であつた期間（きゅうだいさんしゅひほけんしゃとうであつたきかん）

In Article 63 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 82 of 1980, time as a class 3 insured person (第三種被保険者) as provided in Article 3, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as it stood before Article 3 of Act No. 34 of 1985 amended it, including time deemed or treated as such, time counted as employees' pension insured time under Article 47, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, and time as a former mariner member (旧船員組合員) counted as such under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 82 of 1996.

旧法の規定による農地等の贈与者（きゅうほうのきていによるのうちとうのぞうよしゃ）

In Article 20 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 16 of 1975, the donor of farmland, etc. (農地等) under Article 70-4, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act, as paragraph (2) of that Article keeps it in force, for the gift tax to which it applied.

直前年度末価格変動準備金の金額（ちょくぜんねんどまつかかくへんどうじゅんびきんのきんがく）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 1977, the amount of the reserve for price fluctuations (価格変動準備金) that Article 53, paragraph (3) of this Act as it stood before that Act would include in gross profit for the first business year beginning on or after that Act came into effect.

連結法人から引継ぎを受けた場合（れんけつほうじんからひきつぎをうけたばあい）

In the paragraph of Article 23 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 15 of 2002 that defines it, the case where the business year of the merged, splitting or contributing corporation that contains the date of the qualified merger, qualified company split or qualified capital contribution in kind (for a merger or a split-off type split, the day before it) is a consolidated business year (連結事業年度).

旧産業高度化・事業革新促進地域（きゅうさんぎょうこうどか・じぎょうかくしんそくしんちいき）

An industrial upgrading and business innovation promotion area (産業高度化・事業革新促進地域), as defined in Article 35, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa as it stood before Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa, etc. (Act No. 7 of 2022) amended it, that was set out, on the day before Act No. 4 of 2022 comes into effect, in an industrial upgrading and business innovation promotion plan (産業高度化・事業革新促進計画) referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 7 of 2022.

既存登録包括信用購入あっせん業者（きぞんとうろくほうかつしんようこうにゅうあっせんぎょうしゃ）

In Article 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 74 of 2008, a person who, when that Act came into effect, held the registration under Article 31 of the Installment Sales Act as it stood before that Act amended it.

法定外普通税としての自動車取得税（ほうていがいふつうぜいとしてのじどうしゃしゅとくぜい）

In Article 15 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 1968, a non-statutory ordinary tax (法定外普通税) that a prefecture levied, under the Local Tax Act as it stood before that Act, on the acquisition of a motor vehicle and charged to the person acquiring it; from 1 July 1968 a prefecture may no longer levy it, except for tax that was due before that date.

昭和五十一年分価格変動準備金の金額（しょうわごじゅういちねんぶんかかくへんどうじゅんびきんのきんがく）

In Article 7 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 1977, the amount of the reserve for price fluctuations (価格変動準備金) that Article 19, paragraph (3) of this Act as it stood before that Act required to be included in gross revenue when calculating business income for 1977.

平成二十年四月前の医療等に要する費用（へいせいにじゅうねんしがつまえのいりょうとうにようするひよう）

In Article 38 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2006, the costs of the medical care, etc. (医療等) — examination, supply of drugs or treatment, or elderly home-nursing (老人訪問看護) — given under this Act as it stood before Article 7 of that Act amended it (平成二十年四月改正前老健法) before the day Article 7 came into effect, 1 April 2008.

厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付等（こうせいねんきんほけんほうによるねんきんたるほけんきゅうふとう）

In Article 11, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, pensions paid under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and pensions paid under the mutual aid Acts as they stood before the 2012 Pension Unification Act (平成二十四年一元化法), other than the retirement mutual aid pension paid to the persons in Article 31, paragraph (1) of those supplementary provisions.

経過旧産業高度化・事業革新促進計画期間（けいかきゅうさんぎょうこうどか・じぎょうかくしんそくしんけいかくきかん）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2022, for an industrial upgrading and business innovation promotion area (産業高度化・事業革新促進地域) under Article 35, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa as it stood before Act No. 7 of 2022, set on the day before Act No. 4 of 2022 came into effect in the plan referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 7 of 2022, the period from that effective date to six months after it, or to the day before an industrial innovation promotion plan (産業イノベーション促進計画) is submitted under Article 35, paragraph (4) of the amended Act, if that is earlier.

基金に加入しなかつた場合の老齢厚生年金の額（ききんにかにゅうしなかったばあいのろうれいこうせいねんきんのがく）

For an employees' old-age pension (老齢厚生年金) paid to a person who was a member of an employees' pension fund (厚生年金基金), that pension worked out as though Article 44-2, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before Act No. 63 of 2013 did not apply — in Articles 11-3 and 13-6 of the supplementary provisions (附則), not counting the additional amount of pension (加給年金額).

新法令（しんほうれい）

The Acts amended by Act No. 49 of 2009, the amending law these supplementary provisions (附則) belong to, as they stand after that amendment, together with the orders made under them.

第六号旧法（だいろくごうきゅうほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 4 of Act No. 14 of 2019 amended it.

旧新株予約権（きゅうしんかぶよやくけん）

In Article 88, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 10 of 2006, a share option (新株予約権) granted to an individual who is an executive officer (執行役) under a contract made, before the date the Companies Act comes into effect (会社法施行日), on the basis of a granting resolution (付与決議) as referred to in Article 29-2, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act, the contract setting out the requirements listed in that paragraph.

第三号施行日（だいさんごうしこうび）

1 October 2017, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item 3 of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 14 of 2017 come into effect — among them most of that Act's Article 7, which amends this Act.

新長期信用銀行法第十七条等において準用する場合（しんちょうきしんようぎんこうほうだいじゅうしちじょうとうにおいてじゅんようするばあい）

In Articles 102 to 105 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 107 of 1998, the cases where a provision of this Act as amended by that Act applies with the necessary changes (準用) through Article 17 of the Long Term Credit Bank Act, Article 89 of the Shinkin Bank Act, Article 94 of the Labor Bank Act and Article 6 of the Act on Financial Businesses by Cooperative, each as amended by that Act, as Article 102, paragraph (1) first lists them for Article 13, paragraph (1) of this Act.
