This Cabinet Order as it stood before Article 1 of Cabinet Order No. 301 of 2015 amended it.

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Cabinet Order No. 301 of 2015, the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by Article 1 of that Cabinet Order.

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 65 of 2015.

平成十八年旧介護保険法（へいせいじゅうはちねんきゅうかいごほけんほう）

In Article 1 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 52 of 2017, the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (Act No. 123 of 1997) as it stood before Article 26 of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 83 of 2006) amended it, as Article 130-2, paragraph (1) of that 2006 Act's supplementary provisions keeps it in force.

第六号新国民健康保険法（だいろくごうしんこくみんけんこうほけんほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 31 of 2026, the National Health Insurance Act as amended by Article 6 of that Act, which comes into effect on the date set in Article 1, item (vi) of those supplementary provisions: a date a Cabinet Order (政令) sets within two years of that Act's promulgation (公布, its official publication) on 5 June 2026.

国家公務員遺族共済年金（こっかこうむいんいぞくきょうさいねんきん）

In Article 117 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 63 of 2012), the survivors' mutual aid pension (遺族共済年金) paid under Article 41(1) of those supplementary provisions, which that Article writes into this Act's Table 1 (別表第一) beside the survivors' employees' pension (遺族厚生年金).

地方公務員遺族共済年金（ちほうこうむいんいぞくきょうさいねんきん）

In Article 117 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 63 of 2012), the survivors' mutual aid pension (遺族共済年金) paid under Article 65(1) of those supplementary provisions, which that Article writes into this Act's Table 1 (別表第一) beside the survivors' employees' pension (遺族厚生年金).

第四号厚生年金被保険者（だいよんごうこうせいねんきんひほけんしゃ）

In Article 85 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2012, a category IV insured as defined in Article 2-5, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by that Act, whose insurance premium rate (保険料率) for each month from October 2015 to March 2027 that Article sets in its table instead of Article 81, paragraph (4).

Building land, etc. (宅地等) of the kind listed in Article 18, paragraph 6, item 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Local Tax Act as amended by Act No. 2 of 2015 that, on the fiscal 2015 assessment date (賦課期日), falls into a category in the upper column of the table in Article 18-3, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

Building land, etc. (宅地等) of the kind listed in Article 18, paragraph 6, item 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Local Tax Act as amended by Act No. 2 of 2015 that, on the fiscal 2017 assessment date (賦課期日), falls into a category in the upper column of the table in Article 18-3, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

平成二十八年度の宅地等（へいせいにじゅうはちねんどのたくちとう）

Building land, etc. (宅地等) of the kind listed in Article 18, paragraph 6, item 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Local Tax Act as amended by Act No. 2 of 2015 that, on the fiscal 2016 assessment date (賦課期日), falls into a category in the upper column of the table in Article 18-3, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

平成二十九年新所得税法（へいせいにじゅうきゅうねんしんしょとくぜいほう）

The Income Tax Act as amended by Article 2 of the 2014 amending law (Act No. 10 of 2014), whose Article 28 on salary income applies to income tax from the 2017 tax year on.

特定付加保険料納付期限日（とくていふかほけんりょうのうふきげんび）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 64 of 2014, the day three years after the item (vii) effective date (第七号施行日), counting that date, until which specified additional premiums (特定付加保険料) can be paid.

昭和五十三年法律第十一号（しょうわごじゅうさんねんほうりつだいじゅういちごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 1978, short name for Act No. 11 of 1978, which amended the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation and the Act on Fund for Smooth Management of National Tax Revenue.

旧貸倒引当金勘定等の金額（きゅうかしだおれひきあてきんかんじょうとうのきんがく）

The balances an individual held on 1 January 1965 in reserves for bad debts, retirement allowances or special repairs set up under the former Income Tax Act, which carry over into the corresponding reserves under this Act.

新短時間労働援助センター（しんたんじかんろうどうえんじょせんたー）

The Part-Time Work Assistance Center (短時間労働援助センター) provided for in Article 13, paragraph (2) of this Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 72 of 2007, the amending Act these supplementary provisions (附則) belong to; acts done by or to the former center before 1 July 2007 are, with some filings and approvals excepted, treated as done by or to it.

特定一般用医薬品等購入費（とくていいっぱんよういやくひんとうこうにゅうひ）

The price paid for over-the-counter medicines (一般用医薬品等) that a Cabinet Order (政令) names as especially able to replace medicines given as medical care benefits under the medical insurance laws, as Article 41-17, paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Act defined it before Article 7 of the 2021 amending law (Act No. 11 of 2021) amended it.

旧特定経済金融活性化産業（きゅうとくていけいざいきんゆうかっせいかさんぎょう）

A specified economic and financial revitalization industry (特定経済金融活性化産業), as defined in Article 55-2, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa, that was set out, on the day before Act No. 4 of 2022 comes into effect, in a former certified economic and financial revitalization plan (旧認定経済金融活性化計画) referred to in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion and Development of Okinawa, etc. (Act No. 7 of 2022).

みなし免許株式会社取引所（みなしめんきょかぶしきがいしゃとりひきじょ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 65 of 2006, an incorporated financial instruments exchange (株式会社金融商品取引所) that Article 99 of those supplementary provisions treated, when that Act came into effect, as licensed under Article 80, paragraph (1) of this Act as Act No. 65 of 2006 amended it, because it then held the license under Article 80, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before Act No. 65 of 2006 amended it, under its former title (証券取引法).
