代表者会議（だいひょうしゃかいぎ）

In Article 38-11(7) and (8), the representatives' meeting (代表者会議) that Article 8(1) of the Act on the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems places in the Agency as the body that decides its financial and business policies.

In Article 30-14, a transcript, extract or certificate of a family register (戸籍謄本等) under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Family Register Act, the same of a removed family register (除籍謄本等) under Article 12-2 of that Act, or another document a Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Order (総務省令) sets, which the mayor may ask a person to produce to prove a former surname (旧氏) and its kana reading.

In Articles 58-5 and 58-6, the oral statement of opinion on the case that a person who has asked the Minister of Justice to review (審査請求) a decision on refugee or complementary protection status, or the failure to make one, under Article 61-2-12 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, or an intervenor (参加人), may make on request before a refugee examination counselor (難民審査参与員), on a date and at a place the counselor sets, under Article 31 of the Administrative Complaint Review Act as it applies to those reviews.

連鎖販売取引（れんさはんばいとりひき）

A transaction (including a change in its terms) in which a person carrying on a multilevel marketing undertaking (連鎖販売業) sells goods or provides services, or arranges either, to someone drawn in to resell or sell the goods or to provide the same kind of services by the prospect of a specified profit (特定利益), and which involves a specified burden (特定負担) for that person.

A childcare worker recognised by the mayor of a municipality as suitable to look after infants and young children, as defined in Article 6-3, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Child Welfare Act (Act No. 164 of 1947).

Years of service (勤続年数) in which the years, counted as a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies, served other than as a company officer, member of the Diet or a local assembly, or public employee (役員等) are five years or less, used in Article 30 to define short-term severance pay (短期退職手当等).
