施行日（しこうび）

The date Act No. 60 of 2000, the amending Act these supplementary provisions (附則) belong to, comes into effect.

施行日前措置入所者（しこうびまえそちにゅうしょしゃ）

In Articles 6 and 16 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 77 of 2005, a person who, when that Act came into effect, was living in a nursing home for the elderly (養護老人ホーム) of Article 20-4 of the Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly as it stood before Article 10 of that Act amended it, placed there by the measure of Article 11, paragraph (1), item (i) of that former Act; while they stay there, or in other facilities subject to the domicile exception (住所地特例対象施設) they move to without a break, they remain insured persons of the municipality that took the measure.

施行日以後確定加入者調整率（しこうびいごかくていかにゅうしゃちょうせいりつ）

In Article 24 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 102 of 2002, the finalized enrollee adjustment rate for the period from that Act's effective date (施行日以後確定加入者調整率) of a municipality as Article 15, paragraph (5) of those supplementary provisions defines it, used in working out, for fiscal 2002, the amount in Article 70, paragraph (3), item (ii)(b) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by that Act for a municipality designated under Article 68-2, paragraph (1).

施行日以後取得の石油貯蔵施設（しこうびいごしゅとくのせきゆちょぞうしせつ）

In Article 11, paragraph (12) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1983, an oil storage facility listed in item (i) of the table in Article 48, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act, that a petroleum refiner or a corporation storing oil on its behalf acquires or builds from the date that Act comes into effect (施行日) to 31 March 1985 under an oil stockpiling plan notified under Article 5, paragraph (1) of the petroleum stockpiling law (石油備蓄法, Act No. 96 of 1975) before that date.

施行日以後調整後老人医療費額（しこうびいごちょうせいごろうじんいりょうひがく）

In Article 10, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 89 of 1991, the total of an insurer's post-commencement elderly medical expenses (施行日以後老人医療費額) less its post-commencement medical expenses outside adjustment (施行日以後調整対象外医療費額), multiplied by its fiscal 1991 fixed participant adjustment rate (確定加入者調整率), and those expenses outside adjustment; it is used to work out the insurer's fixed medical expense contribution (確定医療費拠出金) for fiscal 1991.

施行日以後取得の石油ガス貯蔵施設（しこうびいごしゅとくのせきゆがすちょぞうしせつ）

In Article 10, paragraph (16) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 12 of 1989, a petroleum gas storage facility listed in item (i) of the table in Article 48, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act, that a corporation listed there acquires or builds from the date that Act comes into effect (施行日) to 31 March 1992 under a petroleum gas stockpiling plan it notified under Article 10-2, paragraph (1) of the petroleum stockpiling law (石油備蓄法, Act No. 96 of 1975) before that date.

施行日以後調整後老人医療費見込額（しこうびいごちょうせいごろうじんいりょうひみこみがく）

In Article 9, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 89 of 1991, the total of an insurer's post-commencement estimated elderly medical expenses (施行日以後老人医療費見込額) less its post-commencement estimated medical expenses outside adjustment (施行日以後調整対象外医療費見込額), multiplied by its fiscal 1991 estimated participant adjustment rate (概算加入者調整率), and those expenses outside adjustment; it is used to work out the insurer's estimated medical expense contribution (概算医療費拠出金) for fiscal 1991.

施行日以後取得の特定対内投資事業用資産（しこうびいごしゅとくのとくていたいないとうしじぎょうようしさん）

In Article 27, paragraph (11) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 55 of 1995, a specified inward investment business asset (特定対内投資事業用資産) as referred to in Article 46-3, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before that Act, acquired, etc. on or after the date that Act comes into effect (施行日) by a corporation certified under paragraph (2) of that Article before that date, within one year after the certification (or by the end of the period a Cabinet Order (政令) set, if earlier).
