A postal life insurance policy under Article 3 of the Postal Life Insurance Act (Act No. 68 of 1949) as that Act stood before Act No. 102 of 2005 repealed it, under which a fixed benefit is paid on the insured person's survival or death.
The law on the small and medium enterprise corporation (中小企業事業団法, Act No. 53 of 1980) as it stood before Article 24 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the law on the comprehensive small and medium enterprise corporation (中小企業総合事業団法, Act No. 19 of 1999) abolished it.
