社債等
In Article 74-13-3, paragraph (1) and Article 74-13-4, paragraph (1), the interests listed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Book-Entry Transfer of Corporate Bonds and Shares, among them corporate bonds (社債), national government bonds (国債), local government bonds (地方債), shares (株式), share options (新株予約権), bonds with share options, investment units (投資口) and beneficial interests in certain trusts.

In Article 117, paragraph (5), item (ii), (a), an investment unit as defined in Article 2, paragraph (14) of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations: the position of a member (社員) of an investment corporation (投資法人), divided into equal fractional units; for an investment corporation, the provision counts its issued investment units where it counts a company's issued shares.
