平成三十年改正前国保法（へいせいさんじゅうねんかいせいまえこくほほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 4 of Act No. 31 of 2015 amended it.

指定旧供給区域等解除日（していきゅうきょうきゅうくいきとうかいじょび）

In Article 78 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act, etc., and Other Matters (Act No. 47 of 2015), the day on which a former general gas deemed gas retailer (旧一般ガスみなしガス小売事業者) ceases to be bound by the obligation in Article 22, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

令和三年改正前所得税法（れいわさんねんかいせいまえしょとくぜいほう）

In Article 7, paragraph (2) and Article 58, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 4 of 2017, the Income Tax Act as it stood before Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Income Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 11 of 2021) amended it.

特定継続的役務提供契約（とくていけいぞくてきえきむていきょうけいやく）

A contract under which a service provider undertakes to provide specified continuous services (特定継続的役務) for longer than the period a Cabinet Order (政令) sets for each such service, and the other party undertakes in return to pay more than the amount a Cabinet Order sets.

新法の土地譲渡利益金額（しんぽうのとちじょうとりえききんがく）

In Article 15, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 17 of 1996, the amount of capital gain (譲渡利益金額) under Article 62-3, paragraph (1) of this Act as amended by that Act from a transfer, etc. of land (土地の譲渡等) a corporation made on or after 1 January 1996 (other than one to which Article 63, paragraph (1) or Article 63-2, paragraph (1) applies), including amounts counted as gross profit under Article 62-3, paragraph (9) for that transfer.

保険料等充当交付金勘定（ほけんりょうとうじゅうとうこうふきんかんじょう）

In Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2001, the account for grants applied to insurance premiums, etc. (保険料等充当交付金勘定) of the new special account (新特別会計) — the special account for the government's automobile accident compensation program (自動車損害賠償保障事業特別会計), as paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions of the special account act as amended by Article 2 of that Act (新特別会計法), read as their paragraph (15) directs, provides for it.

第一条改正後雇用保険法（だいいちじょうかいせいごこようほけんほう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 14 of 2017.

旧高年齢者等雇用安定法（きゅうこうねんれいしゃとうこようあんていほう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 27 of 2012, this Act as it stood before Article 4 of that Act amended it.

施行日以後医療費見込額（しこうびいごいりょうひみこみがく）

In Article 4, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 106 of 1986, the estimated cost, worked out as a Ministry of Health and Welfare Order (厚生省令) provides, of the medical care and payments of specified medical expenses (特定療養費), including payments of medical expenses, that municipalities (市町村) were to pay in fiscal 1986 for an insurer's participants aged 70 or over, etc. (七十歳以上の加入者等) for care given on or after 1 January 1987, when that Act came into effect; it is used to work out the insurer's estimated medical expense contribution (概算医療費拠出金) for fiscal 1986.

通信販売電子メール広告等（つうしんはんばいでんしめーるこうこくとう）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 74 of 2008, email advertising for mail order sales (通信販売電子メール広告), for multilevel marketing transactions (連鎖販売取引電子メール広告) or for business opportunity sales transactions (業務提供誘引販売取引電子メール広告), as this Act defines them after Article 1 of that Act amended it.

組織再編成等以外の改正規定（そしきさいへんせいとういがいのかいせいきてい）

In Articles 10 and 12 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 6 of 2010, the amending provisions of Article 2 of that Act, which amends the Corporation Tax Act, that Article 1, item (iii)(b) of those provisions names and leaves out of that item — among them the amendments to the table of contents and to parts of Articles 2, 4-3 and 23 of the Corporation Tax Act.

改正後の昭和五十四年改正法（かいせいごのしょうわごじゅうよねんかいせいほう）

The Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation (Act No. 15 of 1979) as amended by the later Act whose supplementary provisions (附則) use the term: by Article 28 of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 9 of 1980, or by Article 18 of those of Act No. 13 of 1981.

昭和六十年地方公務員共済改正法（しょうわろくじゅうねんちほうこうむいんきょうさいかいせいほう）

Short name, in the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985, for Act No. 108 of 1985, the 1985 Act partially amending the mutual aid association law for local public officers and other laws.

小学校就学後第三学年修了前の児童（しょうがっこうしゅうがくごだいさんがくねんしゅうりょうまえのじどう）

In Article 2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 108 of 2004, a child who has passed the first 31 March on or after the day they turn six but not the first 31 March on or after the day they turn nine.

坑内員・船員の老齢厚生年金の総額（こうないいん・せんいんのろうれいこうせいねんきんのそうがく）

In Article 13, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the supplementary provisions (附則), an employees' old-age pension for mine workers and mariners (坑内員・船員の老齢厚生年金) worked out as though Article 44-2, paragraph (1) of this Act as it stood before Act No. 63 of 2013, as Article 9-4, paragraph (3) or (5) of those supplementary provisions applies it, did not apply.

確定給付企業年金脱退一時金相当額（かくていきゅうふきぎょうねんきんだったいいちじきんそうとうがく）

In Articles 40 and 46 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2013, an amount equal to a lump-sum withdrawal payment (脱退一時金) under Article 29, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act as amended by Act No. 63 of 2013, which is moved to the surviving Pension Fund Association (存続連合会) under Article 46, paragraph (2) of those supplementary provisions so that the Association pays benefits to the early leaver.

新法の短期所有土地の譲渡利益金額（しんぽうのたんきしょゆうとちのじょうとりえききんがく）

In Article 15, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 17 of 1996, the amount of capital gain (譲渡利益金額) under Article 63, paragraph (1) of this Act as amended by that Act from a transfer, etc. of land held for a short period (土地の譲渡等) a corporation made on or after 1 January 1996 (other than one to which Article 63-2, paragraph (1) applies), including amounts counted as gross profit under Article 62-3, paragraph (9) as applied by Article 63, paragraph (4) for that transfer.

新法の超短期所有土地の譲渡利益金額（しんぽうのちょうたんきしょゆうとちのじょうとりえききんがく）

In Article 15, paragraph (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 17 of 1996, the amount of capital gain (譲渡利益金額) under Article 63-2, paragraph (1) of this Act as amended by that Act from a transfer, etc. of land held for a super-short period (土地の譲渡等) a corporation made on or after 1 January 1996, including amounts counted as gross profit under Article 62-3, paragraph (9) as applied by Article 63-2, paragraph (4) for that transfer.

小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童（しょうがっこうだいさんがくねんしゅうりょうごしょうがっこうしゅうりょうまえのじどう）

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 20 of 2006, a child who has passed the first 31 March on or after the day they turn nine but not the first 31 March on or after the day they turn twelve.

改正前の昭和六十年改正法附則第五十九条第一項（かいせいまえのしょうわろくじゅうねんかいせいほうふそくだいごじゅうきゅうじょうだいいっこう）

In Article 21, paragraphs (14) and (15) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 18 of 2000, Article 59, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 34 of 1985 as it stood before Article 13 of Act No. 18 of 2000 amended it, which stays in force, with the wording those paragraphs give it, for calculating the amounts listed in Article 21, paragraph (1).
