In Chapter IX, except Article 222-3, paragraphs (4) and (5), a warrant issued in advance by a judge of a district court or summary court — with jurisdiction over the seat of the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (証券取引等監視委員会), or in urgent cases over the place concerned — under which a Commission official (委員会職員) investigating a criminal case (犯則事件) may inspect premises, search, seize, or carry out a seizure with a recording order (記録命令付差押え).
The licensing examinations that the Director of the Prefectural Labour Bureau (都道府県労働局長) holds for each category a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order (厚生労働省令) sets (Article 75, paragraph (1)), given as a written test and a practical test, or either one.

In the Administrative Complaint Review Act as Article 31, paragraph (1) applies it to a request for examination (審査の申立て) under Article 26, paragraph (1), the head of the public prosecutors office (検察庁の長) with which the request was filed, who conducts the review proceedings in place of the review officer (審理員) of that Act.
In Article 63, paragraph (2), the price an attaching creditor (差押債権者), notified under paragraph (1) that the minimum purchase price (買受可能価額) will not cover more than the procedural expenses (手続費用) and any preferential claim (優先債権), names and backs with an offer and a guarantee to keep the compulsory auction from being cancelled: more than the estimated procedural expenses, or, where there is a preferential claim, at least those expenses and that claim together.
